Making Super Search Super Easy
This client came to Flow with a new concept for their highly successful childcare website. They wanted to deliver a more powerful, user friendly search function to help people find the right kind of childcare service in their area.
All of the functionality was already written but they needed help to design the user experience with an aim of making it "super" simple to use. They had tried a number of approaches but felt it needed something more to make it be as good as possible.
Flow worked with the client to understand the target audience and what they wanted them to achieve with the new search function.
Design concepts and wireframes were presented to the client which were then user tested with sample target clients.
The designs were then further refined and the final designs delivered as functionaing HTMl prototypes, which were then handed over to the developer to integrate into the site.
