Outlook Room Booking System

This global media company had moved into new office and had a large number of meeting rooms which were becoming increasingly difficult to manage bookings and resources for.

The company used Outlook extensively for email and other collaborative functions. Flow suggested an Outlook forms based system which would allow for individuals to complete a standard form and select a room to book along with a range of supporting devices and materials. The request would then be routed through to the relevant administrator allowing for confirmationa nd entry into the booking system
