Excel Billing, Invoicing & Reporting System

As part of a consultation for a local firm of Solicitors it became apparent that they were spending up to 3 days per month collating timesheets and producing invoices and reporting information.

Flow recommended an automated approach which utilised the Excel based timesheet information to autoatically collate, consolidate and invoice for time spent to clients.

A workshop was held to understand the billing structure and business processes which were then documented into a process flow for client approval.

This process was then developed into a core set of Excel templates which allowed for the following:
